Wedding Policy

Grace Congregational United Church of Christ is pleased to offer its pastoral services and building to any who desire to be married here. It is expected that couples are people of faith who will meet with our pastor a minimum of three times. Couples securing the services of our church’s pastor are to use our music director for the wedding ceremony. Our music director provides music on the organ and/or digital ensemble. 

A changing room is provided for the bride and her bridal party. The fellowship hall may be rented if a reception is to be held at Grace Congregational Church. Fees are charged for pastor, organist, soloist, wedding assistant, and sound technician (if desired). No alcoholic beverages are allowed on our premises.

It is our hope that each wedding ceremony will give glory to God and reflect the personalities of the bridal couple. Couples have choices to make regarding liturgy, scripture, marriage vows, unity candle, inclusion of parents, memory candle, blessings, and more.
